Another part done! I'm pretty happy with this chapter, and it was a lot of fun to do. :D From now on, I'll be posting the translations over at my own journal, because I've finally decided to grit my teeth and finish the project: giving myself a goal and trying to finish the entire volume by the end of this year, if possible. WHEW. This chapter nearly never got the chance to be posted. It's hard enough translating, but throw in names and cryptic references to shadowy organisations and incidents that happened in the past, and it gets ten times harder.
